We are looking for a highly organized and skillful person to join our international Hotel Operations Team. This includes providing assistance and taking care of the entire hotel booking cycle for individuals as well as communicating with all parties involved in the process. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide excellent customer support for all Kenes groups clients' • Operate all hotel reservations including operations, payments, billing, invoicing, amendments, cancellations etc.; • Update Kenes allotment online systems with the necessary data; • Communicate efficiently on daily basis with all external global suppliers, negotiate rates and deadlines; • Maintain close working relationships with global Kenes departments and project teams, outside suppliers, including hotels, local agents, wholesalers, pharmaceutical companies and travel agencies around the world; • Availability for flexible working hours. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree – advantage; • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Hotels, Tourism, Travel, or Professional Events industry; • Knowledge of rates, established concepts in the hotel industry – advantage; • Fluent English, verbal and written communication (mother-tongue level), other European languages – advantage • Computer skills – full comprehension of Microsoft Office; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask before/during a congress, prioritize and meet tight deadlines; • Highly service oriented; • An excellent team player but also able to work independently; • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized WHAT WE OFFER: • Competitive salary and full-time labor contract; • Flexible benefits program: Food vouchers, optional Additional Health Insurance, Corporate discounts, etc. • Fixed working hours (Monday-Friday); • Hybrid working mode, excellent location of the office and free shuttle bus from a metro station to the office; • Gifts for special occasions, fruits and massages in the office once per week; • Real chances to develop professionally in a leading international company; • Friendly team culture that promotes initial and continual professional education and team collaboration; • Regular Team events; • Refer a friend program.
