About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual to join our hotel operations team in a part-time support role. This is an entry-level or internship-style position, ideal for students or individuals seeking flexible remote work. You will play a key role in supporting our Hotel Operations Specialist by updating and managing hotel data in our internal systems.
This is a remote position, approximately 3 days a week, 4 hours per day.

You will play a key role in supporting our Hotel Operations Specialist by updating and managing hotel data in our internal systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Individual Reservations team with hotel data management;
- Enter, match, and update hotel information, pricing, and inventory into the Kenes Group internal allotment system (DCS);
- Ensure that hotel data is synchronized from different suppliers without duplication;
- Match hotel entries based on details such as name, location, address, and star rating. Prevent mismatches between similar hotel names (e.g., Intercontinental vs. Continental on the same street);
- Upload and verify additional hotel information: descriptions, photos, amenities, etc.;
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency in data input to avoid errors that could result in financial or operational issues;
- Communicate regularly with team members, ask clarifying questions, and proactively address issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- No prior experience required – training will be provided;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks;
- Comfortable working with web-based systems;
- Technically competent and a fast learner;
- Responsible and able to work independently;
- Proactive communicator, not afraid to ask questions;
- Attention to detail (ability to distinguish small differences in hotel listings and data);
- Basic understanding of the hospitality or tourism industry is an advantage (e.g., hotel star ratings, types of hotels, etc.);
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
