SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the Marketing team at Kenes and works closely with different marketing staff, as well as with internal and external stakeholders to support and ensure the successful promotion of each congress. The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for majority of marketing campaigns and activities, supporting the Senior Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Strategize & Execute: Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across diverse platforms and channels, engaging internal and external stakeholders.
Content Creation: Develop compelling written content for marketing emails, website copy, and other promotional materials.
Creative Project Management: Liaise with and brief designers and videographers to produce high-quality marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
Campaign Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
Digital Presence Management: Assist with website production, content updates, and ongoing maintenance to optimize user experience and SEO.
Client Relationship Management: Independently manage end-to-end marketing activities for assigned clients, including budget oversight, strategy development, campaign planning, performance reporting, and direct client communication.
Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels to achieve target KPIs.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a closely related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in a marketing role, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for professional and client-facing interactions.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Advantageous: Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud), Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress), event networking platforms (e.g., Gleanin), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
