We are looking for a Sales Associate who will be responsible for Industry Liaison and Sales for Kenes’ managed congresses, by being the main point of contact for industry supporters, where the majority are pharmaceutical and medical devices companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales objectives in assigned congresses;
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs;
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel while prospecting for new ones;
• Plan sales strategy for each project, develop Industry Prospectus and manage all partnerships including soliciting, creating/responding to offers with proposals;
• Be the main contact and act as liaison between companies and project teams for your assigned congresses;
• Proactively provide reports to the Senior Account Manager, project teams, and clients;
• Conduct successful negotiations with clients;
• Attract industry representatives as delegates to assigned congresses;
Industry Operations:
• Collect, coordinate and ensure delivery of sponsors’ requirements;
• Liaise in the relationship between the client and the internal counterparts;
• Manage the communication and orders from the exhibitors and sponsors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-3 years of sales experience, Industry Liaison & Sales – an advantage;
• Previous work experience in an international environment with global offices/markets;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Target and results oriented;
• Direct, honest communication style;
• Exceptional client/interpersonal skills – written, verbal and presentation;
• Sales Force & WordPress skills – an advantage;
• Professional level of English;
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline;
• Availability for moderate travel (3-5 times per year).|
