About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of his/her own congresses' marketing activities. He/She manages a Team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Coordinators. He/She also develops marketing strategies, manages budgets and promotional activities and communicates with clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage your own congresses' marketing activities;
Manage Marketing Coordinators/ Senior Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Managers;
Be the one point of contact for congresses' marketing needs;
Develop the congresses' brand and marketing strategies;
Prepare and adhere congresses' budgets;
Oversee the different marketing campaigns;
Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities;
Plan and implement promotional campaigns;
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results;
Create a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline, including videos);
Report on progress and effectiveness of the different campaigns;
Perform other tasks related to the company's activity and its work, according to a specific assignment by the direct manager or the Manager.
Highly motivated, team player;

Communication and project management skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Experience in managing clients, market research and analysis;
Experience in managing a team is an advantage
