Job Summary:
The Marketing Data Automation Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing marketing data systems and workflows. The role includes building and maintaining marketing databases, developing segmentation and audience structures, and generating performance reports. This position ensures reliable data flows between platforms, supports cross-channel campaign execution, and collaborates with marketing teams to translate business needs into automated data processes and journeys.


Responsibilities:
  • Building, maintaining, and optimizing marketing databases, ensuring data security, consistency, and usability across all systems
  • Creating segmentation structures, data extensions, and audience lists to support email, SMS, and cross-channel campaigns
  • Developing recurring and ad-hoc reports on engagement metrics, audience behavior, and campaign performance
  • Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into data workflows
  • Monitor data flows between platforms (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Braze, BI tools) and troubleshooting sync or quality issues
  • Supporting the setup, testing, and deployment of automation journeys and trigger
Requirements & Experience: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with marketing automation or CRM systems
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with SQL for data queries, transformations, and segmentation logic
  • Experience with working with automation platforms
  • Understanding of data models, contact structures, and cross-system integrations
  • Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and managing complex data flows
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Service-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent English, verbal and written communication
  • Advantage: additional certifications in marketing automation platforms, knowledge of BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) and data visualization.
