JOB SUMMARY:
The Exhibition & Industry Coordinator ensures the smooth delivery of sponsor and exhibitor requirements at Kenes congresses. This role involves operation, coordinating logistics, managing client relationships, working with suppliers and overseeing on-site production, with a strong focus on customer service and innovative solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage exhibitor and sponsor operations, both onsite and virtual.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and orders.
- Oversee technical and operational aspects, working closely with suppliers and the internal project team.
- Collaborate with clients on booth setup, design, and production logistics.
- Work with suppliers on congress production, including booth construction, A/V, IT, and shipping.
- Supervise on-site activities and ensure successful execution of client requirements.
- Provide high-quality customer service and proactively address client needs.
- Experience in eventstourism industry.
- Experience in exhibitions management, client liaison, and international environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently (4-6 times per year), including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English.
- Academic degree and experience with event technology.
