Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join Kenes Associations. This is a part-time, hybrid position (60%–80%), offering the opportunity to be part of a global organization with international interfaces and exposure to multiple entities and currencies.
Reporting to the Finance & Office Manager based in Geneva, you will support both financial operations and office administration, working closely with international teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Requirements & Experience:
3 years professional experience in accounting
Perfectly fluent in French and English
Comfortable with Office 365 and Teams
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in financial software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good level of Excel proficiency
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join Kenes Associations. This is a part-time, hybrid position (60%–80%), offering the opportunity to be part of a global organization with international interfaces and exposure to multiple entities and currencies.
Reporting to the Finance & Office Manager based in Geneva, you will support both financial operations and office administration, working closely with international teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare bi-monthly online payments for several entities.
- Manage credit card process and recharge related costs to the customers.
- Support in managing the office (mails, conference room, IT).
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for both Swiss and International Societies
- Bookkeeping in multiple currencies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather financial information in order that
- Updating budget and projection.
- Preparing financial reports (Balance sheets accounts, Profit & Loss accounts)
- Assisting with the year-end closing procedures and supporting the preparation of
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliation.
Requirements & Experience:
3 years professional experience in accounting
