The Membership Engagement and Program Coordinator will implement strategies to foster meaningful engagement with current members, strengthen member retention, and support the recruitment of new members. Also in the role is a program coordinator responsible for assisting the Education Sr. Manager with the implementation, execution, and evaluation of educational programming developed by the Education Committee.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Member Engagement, Recruitment & Retention
- Build and maintain relationships with members to encourage loyalty and active participation.
- Collect member feedback and address needs and concerns.
- Manage ECHO clinical tumor board projects for Strategic Alliance Partners (SAPs).
- Identify opportunities to enhance member benefits and value.
- Partner with digital marketing to drive targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Monitor membership data to inform retention strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve member issues promptly.
- Support meetings and calls for WorkGroups and Education Committee: prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in planning and executing educational events (virtual and in-person), including speaker coordination, registration, tech setup, rehearsals, and post-event follow-up.
- Support live online events and maintain educational content in the LMS and content library.
- Review marketing emails for educational and annual meeting initiatives; assist with digital content.
- Provide on-site support at the IGCS Annual Global Meeting.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements & Experience:
- Fluent in English.
- 3+ years proven experience in membership services, customer engagement, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in project management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of members.
- Ability to learn membership management software, education learning portals and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
