Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior HR Assistant & Office Manager to join our team in Madrid. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a global environment and be involved in both Human Resources and office operations.

The ideal candidate is a positive, organized, and proactive person who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and is excited to contribute to creating a great employee experience.

Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Recruitment
  • Support daily HR operations, employee documentation and HR processes.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and employee experience initiatives.
  • Maintain personnel files and support HR compliance processes.
  • Become part of our global recruitment team and support recruitment activities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Office Management
  • Ensure the office is organized, welcoming, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, and workplace resources.
  • Support office events, employee activities, and team-building initiatives.
  • Assist with travel and logistical arrangements when needed.
  • Support visits from colleagues and managers from other Kenes locations.
Requirements & Experience:
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
