We are looking for a Marketing Sales Coordinator to join our Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Department. Work within the international healthcare and scientific events sector, creating marketing materials that support both sales objectives and brand visibility. This role bridges marketing creativity with sales strategy: supporting the team through impactful marketing initiatives, digital content, and materials that drive engagement and revenue. You will work closely with our sales managers and marketing specialists to ensure our events are promoted effectively and consistently.
Responsibilities:
• Supports the sales team with compelling marketing materials, copywriting and campaigns that drive sponsorship and exhibition sales
• Develops, designs, and maintains online and printed sales collateral (brochures, flyers, etc.)
• Manages and optimizes online sales pages using WordPress
• Manages email marketing campaigns, including planning, design, and implementation
• Collaborates closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Account Management) to align strategies
• Occasionally, assist with social media content and visuals to promote sales
• Performs other tasks related to the company’s activity and its work, according to a specific assignment by the direct manager or the Manager
Requirements & Experience:
• Creative person with hands-on experience in marketing and/or sales
• Detailed-oriented and attention to all aspects of the content, design, creation, and teams’ expectations
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive approach
